	The house, which was built in 1997, is situated in a typical rural surrounding with tropical fruit trees in the outscirt of Motril, Costa Tropical.
From the spacious and private terrace you have a wonderful view of Motril with its harbour until Torrecuevas and the old town Salobreña.
	Alongside the pool is a place for sun beds amidst the lovingly planted garden.
An ample living room with dining table and fire place is available.
	The pool (10x5 m) is filled throughout the whole year.
The large and sunny terrace will be the favorated place during your summer holiday.
	The newly fitted  wooden kitchen is fully equipped.
